At Emory Janes, we believe great coffee starts with intention — from how it’s sourced to how it’s served. We put care into every detail, from the beans we brew to the pastries we bake. 

Many of the items we serve — from our syrups to our pastries — are made from scratch. It keeps things fresher, more flavorful, and lets us know exactly what’s going into each cup and every bite. When things are made with purpose and care, you can taste the difference. 

At the heart of what we do is people. We love being part of someone’s day — whether it’s a quick hello, a familiar order, or a quiet moment with a warm drink. Those small, everyday connections are what make this work so meaningful to us. 

Having a mobile coffee shop lets us meet people where they are, but it’s not just about where we go — it’s about how we show up. With a smile, a conversation, and a little kindness, we aim to create moments that feel personal, warm, and real — no matter the setting. 

We care deeply about how the things we serve — and how we serve them — impact the world around us. That’s why we make many of our ingredients from scratch, use compostable and recyclable materials whenever possible, and partner with businesses that share our values.
